..."mas, Deus determina o nosso valor pelo quanto estamos ocupados? Ele calcula nosso valor através do quanto realizamos? Recompensa-nos por vivermos à beira do esgotamento e não cuidamos da nossa vida pessoal?

Um dos primeiros versículos que aprendi quando criança foi Mateus 11:28. Entretanto, os seguidores de Jesus não precisam viver assim. Ele não somente nos libertou da escravidão do pecado, mas também da dependência de termos que provar nosso valor. Fazer muito para Deus nos faz sentir importantes, porém o que nos torna importantes para o Senhor é o que nós permitimos que Ele realize em nossas vidas."
